"100%" or "pure" organic is one way to not getting toxins from foods.
Pesticides, herbicides, MSG, preservatives, additives, milk, contaminated meat, artificial sweeteners, colas, anything in a can, anything you can't pronounce or chemical-like sounding...add to list. They're all unhealthy and many even dangerous. Most of them are carcinogens (cancer causing agents).
There might come a time in the future where we'll have to grow our own food.
