Abstract:The article examines the growing evidence indicating that cardiovascular disease greatly increase a person's likelihood of developing Alzheimer's disease in the U.S. Evidence suggests that nutritional strategies in fighting heart disease and hypoxia are important to avoid the heart-wrenching consequences of Alzheimer's disease. The author suggests that further studies should be demonstrated to help fight the pathological processes involved in Alzheimer's disease.
