Abstract:This article discusses several strategies for preventing osteoporosis in men. Male osteoporosis is a rapidly growing health problem. There are several differences between male osteoporosis and female osteoporosis. Osteoporosis develops in men one decade later in life than women. It is important to understand the many ways in which bone health is affected by growth, aging, the environment, and diet in order to prevent male osteoporosis.
