Abstract:The article focuses on the therapeutic effects of Omega-3 on child depression. Twenty children completed a clinical trial, where they received either omega-3 supplement or inactive placebo. The placebo group demonstrated no improvement, while seven of ten children in the omega-3 group showed 50 percent greater reduction in depression scores. The results shows that omega-3 fatty acids offers effective means of managing depression in children.
