Abstract:The article specifies the significance of dietary changes among people with high cholesterol levels in lowering their total cholesterol and reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke. People should be careful enough on the food they eat including the prevention to eat so much food high in saturated fats because it cam promote inflammatory disease, cardiovascular disease and cancer. They are encouraged to eat foods with monounsaturated oils and polyunsaturated oils.
